Life ain’t much if you can’t review your own perspectives from time to time and change your opinions as necessary, Sometimes it’s fun to hide your freshened views and let folks go on thinking you’re a dickhead on certain issues. Other times it’s just better to come clean – especially if you’ve become one of those self-absorbed idiots who type blogs. Compulsive writing will probably betray your new thoughts anyway so it is best to get things out in the open before you get caught.  Don’t want someone calling me out saying “Hey, but you already said you hated…” or “Wait a cotton-pickin’ minute! I thought you said…” and “Nyah nyah nyaaaah…thhhhhppppppsbbth!”

So it’s time to come out of the closet on this…I kinda do like Anthony Bourdain. I cut him on a bit of a slant in the post about chefs. But it was something I actually wrote a couple of years ago. Since then I’ve had the chance to see more of him on the tube and have been duly impressed.  A chef who can smoke through a segment while throwing verbal elbows at the real overblown food personalities, say like Bobby Flay? My kinda guy.

There. Now it’s out of me. I feel better, nicer, all fucking squeaky clean like a brand new sewer pipe.
